1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
VoiceLotus offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible first-time customers who purchase directly through our website.
If VoiceLotus is not the right fit for your business, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to both the one-time setup fee and the first subscription payment for eligible customers.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- You must be a first-time VoiceLotus customer.
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- You must submit the request through one of our official support channels (see Section 5 below).
All refund requests submitted under this guarantee are reviewed manually by our team to prevent abuse and fraudulent activity. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
2. Setup Fees
VoiceLotus charges a one-time setup fee of $149 (or the equivalent in your local currency) for professional AI receptionist configuration, business knowledge setup, calendar integration, call flow design, and testing.
Setup fees are covered under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible first-time customers as described in Section 1.
After the 14-day guarantee period has expired, setup fees become non-refundable once onboarding, configuration, integrations, training, or any related setup work has commenced. If no setup work has begun and the guarantee period has passed, a refund of the setup fee may still be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3. Subscription Fees
Monthly, 6-month, and annual subscription plans are covered under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible first-time customers as described in Section 1.
After the 14-day guarantee period has expired, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances — such as an extended service outage caused by VoiceLotus or a material failure to deliver the advertised service — partial or prorated refunds may be considered at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a cancelled billing cycle outside the guarantee window.
4. Refund Review Process
VoiceLotus does not issue automatic refunds. All refund requests — including those under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — are reviewed manually by our team on a case-by-case basis.
This review process exists to:
- Ensure fair and consistent treatment of all customers.
- Prevent fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
- Protect the integrity of our service for legitimate customers.
We aim to process all refund decisions promptly and fairly. VoiceLotus reserves the right to deny refund requests that are deemed fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible under this policy.
5. How to Request a Refund

In your refund request, please include:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- Your business name (if applicable).
- The date of your original purchase.
- A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
Our team will acknowledge your request and provide a decision within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Our team is committed to resolving refund requests fairly and promptly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting VoiceLotus may result in delays, account suspension, or account termination. Fraudulent chargebacks — including those filed after a refund has already been issued or where the service was delivered as described — may result in account termination and appropriate legal action.
